What are the session costs?

Session fees are $140 + taxes. Payment is due on the date of appointment and can be made in cash, cheque, or through the Jane App.

I have extended health benefits, do you offer direct billing?

Direct billing is available for providers that have coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Alternatively, a receipt will be provided that will include my registration number which can be used to submit an extended health benefit claim.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled before 24 hours of the appointment time without fee. Cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee and payment will be due upon cancellation.

Where are the sessions located?

Heartbeat Counselling currently operates out of Copper Mountain which is located at 202-239 Menzies Street, Victoria BC. There is lots of 2 hour parking available in the neighbourhood.
